DELIVERY
The delivery times provided by awakenedemporium.com are estimates only. awakenedemporium.com will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. All of our products are made to order, please allow one week for your item to ship.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. awakenedemporium.com cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within the time frame listed below, in the condition that you received it and we will happily credit you the cost of the product(s)*.
Returns must be in new condition unless faulty.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
Refunds (full price items) must be made within 14 days from date of purchase.
Sale items can only be refunded in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received.
